Generative AI is here—and it’s changing how we see, imagine, and create.

In this hands-on, beginner-friendly two-part workshop, we’ll explore what it means to make images with AI—and how to do so on your own terms. Using ChatGPT and DALL·E as our creative partners, we’ll investigate how prompts shape output, where artistic agency lives in these interactions, and what it means to co-create with a machine.

Part 2: Co-Creation & Production

In the second session, we’ll shift from planning to hands-on making. You’ll refine your visuals, and integrate AI graphics into Canva (with templates and tools provided). With support from the CEDaR team, we'll problem-solve together, experiment with design choices, and finalize your posters for print at the lab. We'll celebrate your creations while reflecting on what emerged—the questions, surprises, and possibilities that arise when humans and machines collaborate.
